I have been walking for 2 years now and have always wanted to step it up and jog a little. So for the last few weeks I have been walking.... then jog (light pole to light pole) well........... I ended up going to the doctors on Wednesday because of pain in all over the right (boob). I was told to get another support bra and a size smaller then I normally wear. She said that a lot of women come in after the step their exercise. Mostly on your dominate size. I haven't been able to move/sleep beca
Well, today is one week banded. I've lost 8.2 lbs YEA !! =D> I am still having pain in the area of the port still and doing the wind mills for gas.

I have a few questions.... since it's been a week can I use a glider? Walk with my walking group? How long did the pain in the side will last?
When I move breath deep it hurts in the side /port area. This normal??? Should I still be hurting even in my back area?
My family will be having another Thanksgiving at our home today. My wonderful husband is doing ALL the cooking for 10 family members. It smells so good right now in the house and having them here makes it so special.

Feeling great...yes a little sore but doing great. Surgery went fast and the staff were great. I can back to the hotel and wanted to nap but just hung out. Trying to talk to family on line but that was a no go. I have had tea, apple juicy and broth. I don't go home until tomorrow. I really wished I knew that I had a option to leave last night or today.
I hate being away from my family but the Marriott is very nice. I might go with a couple of women that are going shopping today.
