Surgery was easy breezy! I never had a surgery that went so well. I had one pain pill only because my Mom wanted to go walking and I was feeling a little uncomfortable so I took a pill to get me through the walk. I LOVE my nurse Patti; she is such a jewel. I wished I could have brought her home with me.

I'm getting so excited about my sleeve procedure which is scheduled on Jan. 14. I've been taking the Espira vitamins and fat burner from the OCC starting on Dec. 14, one month prior to surgery as instructed. It states to take the fat burner 3 a day, which I have been doing, but noticed today that I didn't get 30 in my bottle. I'm 6 tablets short. Has anyone else experienced this same situation? My Christmas present this year from my Mom will be received January 14, 2013, sleeve surgery. As soon as she said she wanted to do this for me I was so excited. I know someone who had her lap band surgery with Dr. Ortiz, then her Mom, her Dad, her sister and then an in-law all went at seperate times to the OCC for either the lap band or sleeve surgery and all were very pleased with the facilities, doctors and their surgery.
