Minus -39 lbs... I'm so glad I did this. I haven't been able to really see that much of an improvement physically, only on the scale. By doing this makes me PROUD of myself. I know how hard it is and hard work DOES pay off. :')

and being to see my butt again is a plus too LOL

I see this and this is probably what I'm back to and I don't feel like I'm this size. I remember this day, I woke up feeling great, I don't feel very good about myself not that I'm back to this size. I will overcome this.
