Sleeve surgery

These are pictures of the removed portion of a sleeve surgery. Even the removed portion remains airtight. On the stomach that remains, our surgeons suture over the staples for an extra layer of protection - that helps prevent leaks and prevent stretching. Look at how much your stomach stretches.
