I remember that I say your pictures last year & I was really impress by the change.

You were always a very feminine & beautiful girl, even with the extra pounds, thanks to your genetics! ;-)

But you're now a even more good looking girl! It helps me seing that Yes...it is possible! I'm having my surgery in 2 weeks.
