Hello Dactyl, Yes, I am flying in on the 16th of October. I live in Central Ohio. I am excited! Do you know of anyone personally who has had surgery with Dr. Ortiz (or lapband surgery for that matter) I don't but am confident that I am doing the right thing! SBL

My first post! I will be making the trip to Mexico in October. My surgery is scheduled for October 17th with Dr. Ortiz. Looking forward to the surgery. I have always been able to loose wait when I want to. My problem has consistently been that I always gain it back. I am confident with the right tool (the lapband) I will eventually be able to take control of my weight issue. Wishing everyone on this forum the best, make each and every day a valuable one!
