Hi all Like I said in a similar thread My husband took my scales to work and brought them home on Fridays, although I was bribing him with some interesting incentives, he didn't give in. So, I changed tactic and refused any intimate contact until I got my scales back. they were back in under my body in about 2hrs and now I weigh to my hearts content everyday. Nicolek

hi Michelle Fluids! Good idea! After my 2nd fill I did fluids for a couple of days just to let everything settle down and didn't hurt the weight loss either. Your teeth look great. I had mine done in April they're still pretty white although not brilliant anymore. Nicolek

Hi All I'm back from disneyland and had a wonderful time. I also met my mini goal of 200lbs YEAH! Most of all while I was away I finally GOT IT. Maybe it was because there was only 4 of us instead of the normal 8 to eat,(or 20 when I'm at work) but I finally listened to my body while I was eating. I don't have to wait to feel full or hiccup or PB. My body tells me when I'm done with a sigh. So easy!!! I probably ate less than half than what I was last week, which is about 4 times less than before banding. Now I'm back home I hope I'm still listening for the sigh. Just had to share Nicolek >

Hi Guys I'm off to Disney in the morning with my hubbie and my youngest two girls (4,3). I'm going to miss checking out the forum and hearing everyones news. My oldest daughter was really sweet and bought me a CAKE for mothers day. I love her anyway!!! I'm hoping walking all day around the parks will enable me to get to my mini goal of 200lbs by Saturday. ( friends wedding) I went dress shopping and could actually ft into a size 16. I had to look twice at the label. I still didn't buy it though as it was too much $$ for something that won't fit me in a few months. Well back to the packing. Nicolek

Hi I ususally have a protein shake with a banana blended in if I'm feeling tight. A hard boiled egg. ( I find it works better than scrambled.) Cottage cheese with fruit. Nicolek

Hi Gals Same thing happened to me two pregnancies back to back. The only problem is though when I have a tummy tuck will the belly button ring scar end up in the middle of my chest or pubis???LOL I also have my nose pierced and love it. Nicole
