    SOOOOO crazy. I am scheduled for surgery on Friday morning! WOOOOHOOOOO! I wasn't really planning on it happening so fast...but I am off work...and don't start school for another month or so...so...they had an opening and I took it! haha I am so excited! I will be at the Lucerna Thursday night with my Mom...Friday we will be at the clinic...but then I will be back at the Lucerna sometime on Saturday until Wednesday. If any of you getting banded would like to meet up I would be happy to!

    I have not had that happen to me...I usually just actually throw up whatever is making me feel like that. Sounds cruddy though. I wouldn't eat that again! I don't eat anything doughy at all...every thing I eat of "bread" nature has to be crunchy and crisp.

    What a horribly embarrassing task. I just sent in pics to Cosmed to see about TT and BL...albeit my head was cut off...hahaha. I hate pics lie that even being there though! ACKKKKKKK! No just waiting for a call back from them.

    I personally think that even small amounts can make a difference. I think I am too tight right now...and am going back in to have probably .3cc's taken out. It seems like during this time of the year, my allergies go crazy or I get a cold...and suddenly I am too tight and need some removed. The last fill I had was only .3cc's...last time I felt too restricted.

    the restriction you initially feel is from being swollen...not from having a fill. You will not get a fill for about 6 weeks. You will feel plenty of restriction initially...you wouldn't want a fill in the beginning.

    $5000??!!! That is awesome...I would be totally interested to hear more about this...or from anyone that has had it done there! That will be my next step...and WOW...what a price difference!

    that isn't too bad...you can get a quick 15-20 with just a greek yogurt...probably more if you make a smoothie with it, depending on what you put in it.

    thanks guys! I loved re-living everything and seeing how happy I have actually been the whole time...fat or not. I am definitely happier now...and feel healthier...life is good.
