  1. Wow.. chat room was a BLAST tonight! I laughed so hard that I nearly dropped my laptop! And, we actually talked lapband, too. However, It was so good to "meet" everyone and learn their personalities. To everyone who was there, THANKS for the best fun I have had all week! Paula

  4. I hurt my knees and the arches of my feet by being on them for too long. :cray: Please change my goal to whatever color I have already reached.

  6. My milestone today is not eatting out of stress.. There is a lot of it around me right now.
  7. Well, ater two weeks, I think it IS my fill. I have been drinking chocolate protein powder in my coffee, today I had a lean cuisine for lunch and felt no restriction, but at supper, I ate some roasted chicken and some sushi, only I never got to hte sushi. I had the wishbone meat of the chicken. I am still sitting with a big lump in my chest. Hooray!!!

  9. Walked/ran 30 in Sam's, chasing after my brother. I think we were in there closer to an hour, but only half of it was aisle running. I worked up a sweat...how pitiful.
  10. Can we set a time to come and visit? 9:00 pm maybe? That would put all the time zones on at a reasonable time.
  11. YAY! It stopped raining long enough for me to work in my 30 minute walk, only it turned out to be 50 minutes because I got lost again. Mom's neighborhood seems to go in circles for me.. or the blocks rotate or move. 50 minutes for me! Handstands and ovations! You may applaud! Thank you, thank you! 1
  12. LMAO! If I went belly dancing, my belly would go in one direction and my body in another.. sort of like the hula hoop effect? If I got things going fast enough, maybe I would throw up some of my meds and lose weight that way... no side effects. Actually, I would love that.. I so admire what you are doing
  13. Hmm.. Today I sat down with my lunch.. small plate, divided in 4, with stewed tomatoes, tuna, pasta, cantelope, ate about 15 small bites, the stopped, feeling kind of "plugged up." It hurt for a minute or 5, then went away, so I ate a little of the tuna mixed with the wetter tomatoes. I just felt full, and now, over an hour later, I still feel a bit overfull. I so very much hope and pray that it is my fill kicking in. However, I have been shredding so many papers and am so tired from trying to pack up a full house for a small apartment that it is possible that I sleep-walked in the night and ate shreds of paper. Paper mache will plug you up too, you know. Here's hoping for the restriction instead.
  14. Oh, yeah... I am losing weight VERY slowly since the last time I lost 100 pounds six years ago. (I was on weight watchers then.) The first week on weight watchers I lost 13 pounds, and had losses of 8, 9 pounds every week. It is much slower going this time, but maybe it is because I am on so many medicines.

You would have spent 456 on the eliptical at a light to moderate pace for 30 minutes Walking at 2.5 mpg for 30 minutes is 124 calories, so you definitely met your goal for that day.
