I could have written that myself! LOL I was the same way right after I was banded and some days I am still like that. If I just bend over, everything comes up. I have other days I can eat anything I want. My band is vey moody! If I did that everyday though, I would have some fluid taken out. Good luck!

WillT~You always crack me up! I ate a hot dog and a small piece of cake at Bella's party and then I drank 4 wine coolers. I haven't eaten anything "nasty" like that in months and definetly haven't had any alcohol! I guess I was just scared my poor choices that day made my band mess up. I already feel better. I let my Mom watch the kids for a few hours and I slept like a baby.

Hey ya'll! We had a super busy weekend with Bella's party and a concert Sunday night ( We saw Def Leppard..LOVED it! LOL) I have a question for ya'll. Before band life I would have called this a virus and moved on, but now I am worried about my band. Sunday my stomach started cramping really bad and I had no appetite, couldn't hold solids down, and had diarrhea. Yesterday was the same and now today it is actually getting worse. My stomach cramps horribly and I have no appetite and the trips to the bathroom continue. I can hold liquids down fine, but I have no desire to eat. Do you think this is band related or just a stomach virus? The one thing that makes me think it is a virus is the diarrhea. I am just worried about my band.

I have been wanting to buy this for myself, but I will have to buy the Wii console also so we are looking at alot of money here. For anybody that has it, is the wii fit a good workout? Do you think I would like it?

Jessica~ This is such a hard journey for all of us. Each one of us struggles everyday to eat the meals we are supposed to and not the meals that we are use to eating and think we have to have. You have all of us here to help you. You are not gona be fat forever..the weight WILL come off if you do everything right. Stay strong, girlfriend!!

Wendy's chili is great. Sometimes I do a 5 pc. of their nuggets. It really fills me up and only has about 200 cals. The snack wraps at McDonald's always make me sick..I don't know why!

Oh gosh..I am sorry that happened to you. My Mom has been denied Health Coverage for years because she has High BP. She still has no health insurance.

Water! Drink it all day long. You have to have lots of water to flush the fat you are losing out of your system. It sounds like you are doing everything right. Hang in there, you may have a drastic drop all at once if you get your water in and keep up the exercising. You can do this!!
