I also did that. It took me a week or so to get back to where I was on liquids. Your body will adjust and then the pounds will drop off. Don't fret over it..though I know that's hard!

First off, this was my sweet Lucy: This is Chester, my male rat terrier..he is howling and sitting in the Spongebob chair! This is new sweet Daisy. Her stuffed animal is a small one so you can tell how small she is. I also have a 30 lb cat I am gonna find some pics of and show ya'll cat lovers. I want to get a pic of Daisy beside my cat so ya'll can see how tiny she is! LOL

I do not like the pre-mixed ones. :lb1: I prefer the Slim fast Optima powder and I mix it with my own milk. It is really good to me. I have one every morning.
