I am using Centrum chewables.

I am really only able to eat popsicles. Water makes a weird gurgling sound and then I burp. I just tried to drink some water and it hurt like crazy..then I PBed this foamy white stuff up. Am I okay??

Popsicles seem to be the only thing I can eat..er..drink.

I used slim fast and lean cuisines and it worked well.

Yes, he had it Thursday and was doing great! We visited with his wife alot.

Honestly two in my party didn't do so great with their weight loss, but they still had surgery.

We arrived yesterday. Everyone has been so nice..I mean really nice. Our driver was at the airport to meet us right on time. The hotel is lovely and everyone is so helpful. We had our pre-ops this morning. There was alot of people there, but we all four were finished in about 2 hours. We spent the whole day at Revolution Ave and we had a blast! I never once felt scared at all. People were overly nice to us and went out of their way to help with anything we wanted or needed. The food here is a little weird, but we have managed to eat lightly (per Dr. Miranda..who is an absolute DOLL!!) Our surgery is tomorrow and we have even talked to several people who had surgery today and are already back at the hotel! They are just walking around with their bottled water like they are not even sore! It is amazing! I have met some wonderful people here. > If anyone is scared about coming to Tijuana..don't be! I am a small town country girl and I have not felt uncomfortable even once! I will update much more tomorrow! > I even had two marriage proposals today on Revolution Ave.

I am here at the Lucerna! The flight was great, our driver was timely to pick us up, and the hotel is lovely! We are watching the crazy traffic from our room right now! Ha! I have met a few other bandsters and everyone is so nice! We have pre-ops tomorrow morning. I will give another update tomorrow! Evette~That's okay!! I wish I could have met you too!

Ya'll are all sooo sweet! Thanks for all the words of encouragement! I am getting so excited. I will never sleep a wink tonight!

Like I said before, it will be me, my bestfriend Lance, My Aunt Susan, and a girl Lance works with. We are so nervous! The worst part for me is leaving my kids. I have never been away from them. My Mom is keeping them though so I am thankful. I will be taking my laptop so ya'll will be hearing from me alot while I am there. Wish us luck!!

I am praying for you Darlene! I will see you on Wednesday. Hopefully you can calm my nerves! LOL

Oh my gosh Amanda! I would die if they left me at the border. I am so glad you got back to he airport safely!

Loved your story Paula! Your experience sounded great except for the receptionist part..poor girl! LOL Did they do an x-ray on you at all? My fill DR here in the states wants an x-ray report and the operative report.

Way to go!! I am a huge BB fan, but I couldn't get into it this time while watching American Idol too.

I decided I really wanted to have Pizza Hut one last time so we ordered it tonight. Boy that was a mistake!! I haven't eaten anything fattening in almost 4 weeks and it really tore my stomach up. I won't be doing that again. I am still up at almost midnight with a hurting belly and heartburn. I think my body is telling me it really likes these healthy foods I have been eating!

Mu Uncle was worried about a Veterinary performing surgery on myself and my Aunt (his wife) I had to show him Dr. Ortiz's book to calm him down!

We arrive in San Diego Wednesday at 3:46 so I am sure we will be at the hotel shortly after. Hopefully we can go shopping!
