    My Fiance doesn't think I need it but I didn't tell him my weight! I am 226lbs when we started dating I was 188... Big changes i am not happy with. And he doesn't think it's something safe/ something I can't do on my own. I know it's the easier way out as far as will power is concerned but I know it's Just a TOOL but he doesn't see it like that.
