Thanks. My Fiance doesn't think I need it. But I am not happy at my weight. I am a photographer and weigh 226 and don't feel comfortable at all. I used to be 196 last yr and then me and my fiance bought a home and I didn't work for a few months and gained 20lbs!! And a few more as the yr went on and I have tried not only this yr but so many years before and have lost and gained
