  1. 1 fill -1.6 cc in a 4 cc band/ and I have pb twice since that fill and it was awful!!
  2. Hi, I keep a few around for after I pb, I figure my band is irritated so I like to give it a break, or if I think I won't be able to eat a healthy meal, I had one when i was golfing on the weekend. I had froze it and sipped it as it thawed, It allowed me to bypass the snack shack.
  3. Funny you should ask, I just came to take a quick break from gardening and mowing and forever weeding! I grew up in Portland and now live in Washington, I LOVE FLOWERS, I go nuts every year!!! It takes me over 2 hours to water my flower pots and gardens. After I eat I go out and work for at least an hour, then I can come in and drink my water, that way I am busy and don't think about the no liquid rule. We are lucky to live in the Northewest, rain and all.
  4. Glad you made it back safe and sound. The gas pains and port pain will go away with time. We started out with about the same stats. You will love having the band, If you are like me you have tried every diet in the book. Can't wait to see your progress. Keep us posted.
  5. hi Hana. whatever is planned is fine, I went and had my fill today. I will try and make it wherever you plan to meet thanks, Linda
  6. You look great, you can really tell a difference! Did you get your appointment in Arlington for your fill? I go today. I'm a little nervous, do you believe it's been 6 weeks!!!
  7. Hi Rob, how are you doing? Justin says hi. when he got his first fill they gave him 3cc and his second he got 2 cc. we both are going to Arlington WA. for fills tomorrow, my first yippee and Justin just needs a small amount. Let us now how your restriction is. That was a big fill if it was 5 cc. It says on the back of your card what type of band you have! Have you been losing? hope all is well.
  8. I lived off Anderson's creamed split pea soup, sometimes I ate it right out of the can it was so good!!!! They make with bacon or without, low in fat and calories. um um good!!!

  14. I had to wear the tops with the built in bra, one of the incisions was right on the bra line, the tank tops with the bras built in don't fit as tight and I found them quit comfy. Im 6 weeks post op, and I still find that a regular bra rubs.
  15. I am getting my first fill on wednesday June 25th , in Arlington, Wa. I will be curious to see if I get a little restriction.
  16. I bought one at Target about 3 years ago, the brand is Taylor, body fat analyzer and scale. It is very acurate. It still says I weigh to much and have to much body fat But i guess thats my fault and not the scales. Linda
  17. I was convinced I had pulled mine or damaged it some how. It took about 3 weeks for the burning feeling to stop. even now (6 weeks) if I turn the wrong way it still hurts, now if my left shoulder would just feel better!! Linda
  18. Kim, did you have the problem with bread before your first fill? or only after. Thanks Linda
  19. Hi and welcome, where will you be coming from? You are very wise to get the band, You worked to hard to lose your weight to gain it back!! You will have no problems in Mexico, you will never be alone, you will meet so many band buddies. Linda
