My NSV is going out to eat and bringing home more than what I ate at the restaurant. I makes for great next day lunch and dinner. Plus people asking my husband whos the girl hes with and if hes not worried that someone might tell his wife hes cheating, till they actually realize that its ME his WIFE and not another woman. HA HA HA. They get so red in the face its real funny.

I also am making those plans for Jan or Feb for a tummy tuck. That is the last of my spending my husband has warned me. Ha ha he still doesnt know about the new clothes I have to buy.

I also am in an average of 3 lbs per week.

Stormy you need to get it under control girl. Not only for you but for your little boy. If he sees his momma panicking he will get upset. So take a breath, and start from the begginning. 1 youre doing this for youre health so you can take care of him. So get it together girl. I know you can do this. Snap out of it. WTG Misty, what a journey this one that we are taking. Well Its been 43lbs for me in 3 1/2 months. So here is to all of us. Keep on going girl, you look rea happy.

Francie I live in Cactus 60 miles north of Amarillo and got my fill there in Amarillo by Dr. Roye. Does Dr. Cartes do fluoro?

I also looked into this doctor and if Im correct he has a chapter in Dr Ortiz book. Price was the same, but I opted for Dr. Ortiz because I have family in the San Diego area. Good luck in youre journey and keep us posted.

Sorry to hear that things didnt go better for you. I found a doctor an hour from my house my first visit was 175 with out the fluoro and 100 from here on out. He used an anastetic to numb the area but it took him 4 tries to find the port. He took the 1cc that I had in out and then added that plus 1cc more so I have a total of 2cc now. And restriction like you would not believe. I could only eat 3 little pieces of a grilled chicken. I really hope the next time it goes better for you.

Well restriction has arrived. Plus a real ugly episode of BP and slime. I now understand the meanning of chew, chew, chew. I hope never to go thru that again. My poor boss thought I was having a heart attack. But I got up and walked it out. That really worked for me. I also now have taken MamaMichelles advise on cutting ones portions in half after 1st fill and half againg after the 2nd fill. Thanks MamaMichelle.

Went for my second fill today, I found a Bariatric Surgen in Amarillo Texas one hour away from my house. Well the staff was great and the Doctor also. He doesnt do fluoro, thats the only down side. He gave me a local anastetic, there was only one problem he had to poke me 4 times to find the port but I didnt feel a thing. He extracted the 1cc and then put that back plus another 1cc, so I now have a total of 2cc =D> . I was told to have liquids till noon tomorrow. I was also told not to subsitute a protain shake for a meal. That I need to have it as a snack. So im going to try a new thing tomorrow Cream of Wheat. Lets see how that goes :lb12: . Well Im glad I went because I was at a point were I could everything in site, but there was alot of self control. Heres hoping for great restiction.

Mine also dropped and my doctor here is getting me off my meds little by little. He said in about a month or so I might be completely off them. He said I will also be off my crestor, so that makes me happy. I also had a hiatal hernia repaired.

I will be 3 months post-op on the 10th and this last week has been hell with me having nausea. Went to the emergency room for that and back pains and the doc said the nausea was from been dehidrated. So drink lots of fluid, sip sip sip. Hope you get better soon.
