    I use the same as mona, but with non-fat milk and 1-1/2 scoops of the chocolate caramel one. And I take my Metamusil capsul break it and put it inside also.

    Congrats, I also went to 1/2 on my lasinopril. Cant wait till the Doc takes me off the other 1/2. Also got off my Crestol and Prevacid.

    Not me, I have been happier. Everyone at work says I'm a different person. Much calmer and nicer. Oh my what did they do with the mean me. Oh well they can keep her, whom ever has her.

    Thanks Julie but its a in and out for me. Cant stay because of work. I have had way to much time off. so I fly in tomorrow morning and fly out tomorrow evening.

    Welcome and good luck. If you fallow the rules you will do fine. Take it from me Ive done every diet known and this is what really works. Just do as the doctor tells you. Have you read his book yet? Keep us posted ok.

    I go on the 12th next Tuesday. Im going back to the OCC for the first one then I found a doctor 45 minutes away from me.

    Hi Sandy, mine started to come off at about day 7 and I had a little ozzing so I went to my local doctor to make sure there was no infection and he just had me keep an eye on it and put some of those white sterile strips to close it up. That was on the port one the others were fine. and about 2 weeks for the glue to completely come off.

    Thanks all. We had a blast and I spent a ton of money in the last of the house remodeling. It was 2 weeks of heaven. And yes it was real hot even bought an air conditioner for the house. Me too Kittycat I stuck to my eating pattern and didnt budge once. I will be real happy when I go for my fill on the 12th.
