Come to think about it this morning I had to tighten my tennis shoes because they are getting loose on me.

So today is my first day of solids and it started like this. One scrambbled egg I had it a 7 this morning it is now 920 and its still stuck at the top of my throat. Well I was going to have a Jello caremel pudding but thats out of the question. For lunch Im having a 3oz package of tuna lets see how that goes, and for dinner im making beef fajitas. So life is good as I know it right now. Lets hope it stays this way. By the way I have lost 22 lbs since May 29th Im so proud of myself. My husband says he can see the difference in me. Both body and attitude wise. Yeay.

Do we realy need a reason, why cant we do it because we want to. Because we enjoy eachothers company. I do I love all my bandsisters and bandbrothers.

WTG PaulaBee, Im so proud of you. I have stopped getting on the scale also, now its only on monday mornings. My clothes too have been getting big on me. Im one happy bandster

If its shopping you want to do, get a cab outise the Lucerna tell the driver were to take you and ask him to come back for you at a specific time thats what I did with my mother. Where are you flying from. I scheduled my first fill for the 12th of August. And I had Melissa have the van pick me up because of thight schelude to get back to the airport since im flying back to Texas the same day. Hope you find someone to share with you.
