    You will get thru this. I have been there and it really sucks. I realized that I was making some bad choices plus I wasnt exersicing. But I have gotten my act together and so will you. I have started from day 1 again. Good luck to you.

    Thanks for the info. Im 5'6" and Im at 192 right now the doctor wants me at 180 for the surgery. So I have 2 months to get rid of 12lbs. Keep us posted and get you some well deserved rest.

    Glad to hear everything went well. Can I ask what was youre weight at surgery? I am planning my tt and breast augmentation for the end of June.

    I can't get anything solid down before 11 am so I have to drink a protien shake in the morning. As for the rice, I can't eat any kind, wish I could because I love my rice. But I respect my band so if it tells me no I do what it tells me.

    Wow 131 that is just awsome. Yes please post pictures thats what keeps me going. I have 13 lbs more to go till my tummy tuck. I want to have it done by the end of June.

    I had my surgery done on a tuesday, flew home thursday and was at work friday.

    Right back at you Dana, If it wasnt for you telling me about Dr. Jay I would still be stuck. Will be sending you my 16 and 14"s soon. Love u bunches sister. And Sabrina you are a real sweetheart. I am proud to say my age now, I am going to be 47 in July. I use to feel like I was in my 50's, but those days are over for good. Thanks to all my bandsisters and Brothers.

    Oh so true, 200-199 was the worst ever. now im back on track and wont let a fill pass me by. 3 months was way to long. Glad that its past me now.

    Thank guys, you're kind words are what keep me going. Even when I was stuck at 199 for 3 months I knew I had to push thru this. Next step is the tummy tuck and lipo on these love handles. Hubby will miss them but I wont.

    So true, now I dont mind doing my exercises. And Everytime I even think about something im not suppose to eat I remember that day and fitting into to pretty bras, and the food just leaves my mind. I am going full force ahead with this. I need 20lbs more by August and tt here I come..........
