How often do you weigh? Measure?

I only get on the scale on Monday mornings, hubby hides it after that. It can control youre life if you dont put a stop to it now girl. And I did the measurements(spelling) the day before the surgery and at 5 months also. I think that there was a post on it. Or maybe its on the other site I go to. But its good if you do. I have lost 22 inches total all around. -

Thanks Kimberly, thats how I did it also with no restriction and will power. And all the help of a lot of good people here, like Jann, Cathy, Janet, Dawnie, WillT, Cedar, Kim2bslim, Kimmy just to name a few. Some are gone now but all there help is here. I just go back an search the post and re-read them when im in some sort of trouble. Good luck in youre journey.

Day prior to surgery Pig Out!

I followed the pre-op diet 100%, I was scared to death that they would turn me away, plus like Jazzy said I was going to pay to much money for what is going to be a life changing deal. And since I was going to change my life for good, why mess up at the beginning. But thats just me. -

Oh yes it is. Its the best thing ever made. I went to a support metting today, I was the only one with the band everyone else had the gastric by pass done, and nobody but me was happy there. They said that the have lots of trouble with that surgery.

The OCC said 6 weeks but since I was on vacation it took me 8 weeks for my first fill. Hope this helps you.

The best one I found was at GNC its Chocolate caramel WHEY Protien poweder. I use it with low fat milk. And its good. And if I was in a rush I would do the slim fast optima.

These are the 14 I just got the the 16 were to big already. Im getting there. Maybe I should have tried a size 12. No that would be just crazy.......I havent been a size 14 in over 20 years. Least of all to think im a 12 already. Im going to Amarillo tonite for a support group maybe I should go shopping in the size 12?

Thanks, its been the same with me seeing the pictures of the ones of bandsters before me. That is what has keeped me going also. And Cactus is 60 miles north of Amarillo.
