S: Low fat club crackers and 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese
L: Sliced turkey dipped in low fat miracle whip, applesauce, and tortillia chips. Got a few bites in and was full - love it! Wish my restriction was always like that!
D: WW three cheese ziti and corn. Tried to eat it and I barely ate any and was full. Didn't believe my body and had one too many bites and some of it came back up. Guess I need to listen to my body huh! Still counted those calories not sure if you do or not?
