  1. Its been a long time so i'm sure i'll forget something but here is what I brought: - Loose, comfy clothes - Toiletries - Heating pad (didn't take but wish I had) - Laptop - Special K20 packs to put in bottled water - Gatorade - Gas X strips (went through a lot of those!)
  2. Red i'm like you. I can eat tons less than I used to but i'm amazed at folks that can just do a few bites and be done. I have had that happen now and again but not on a regular basis. I know I shouldn't go much tighter though b/c most stuff is out at breakfast and depending on the day I get some stuff stuck or get the gurgles really bad at lunch. For the most part dinner goes down OK but if I try to eat too fast I do get sick from time to time. Each time I get a fill it takes me a while to readjust. But like I said I eat way way less than I used to so i'll take it!

  8. The thing that works best for me is keeping myself busy. When i'm bored is when I want to eat, so I do what I can to keep moving so I don't let the head hunger get me. I also had a bad habit of eating in the car, so I would suddenly get head hunger there. I would just make myself stick it out until I got to my location and amazingly it was gone once I was out of the car. I also learned to drink water and if you still think you are hungry to have something. Totally understand what you are going through it sucks!
  9. The OCC at least when I went there had a list of doctors that would see me for aftercare. Might want to call them and see if they have anyone in AK. When looking online I found nobody and when I called them they had three in my town alone. Good luck!

B: None S: 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese and 5 crackers L: Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and puppy chow - my boss brought her superbowl leftovers in S: 5 cool ranch doritos - damn you superbowl leftovers!! D: Brought a WW meal to take to job #2 - got a few bites in and got stuck. 10 min later it came back up. Boo! Calories so far: 800

  12. Breakfast: None Lunch: Taco Bell pintos and cheese and 1 cheese roll up - got the tightness and stopped Lunch: Finished off the TB from earlier Dinner: Cheese enchilada, chips and dip Calories so far: 800
  13. Sounds like you have some great restriction! I know for me after each fill it's like I have to learn how to eat all over again. Since my last fill i'm just finally getting the hang of it again. Just take it slow and like you said when your body says you are done then stop! I tried to push it too many times and paid the price. Today I got full after just a few bites and as rediculous as it felt I quit and that was it! Still after all this time it's hard to wrap my head around, but it's nice!

  15. I bruise really bad too. Always did, but since the surgery they seem to take a long longer to go away. Had my doc do a whole round of bloodwork and everything came back fine. She said as long as my bloodwork is all OK not to stress, but I really don't like all the bruises all over me. I know they checked my iron but not sure if potassium levels are one that is on the list. I hate bananas but can find other ways to get it in.
  16. I am sick so I didn't weigh in today, but yesterday when I got on the scale it was the exact same weight as last week. I have been really bad about working out so i'll take that! Having adult beverages tonight so a weigh in tomorrow won't be accurate, but i'll just go off yesterdays.
  17. Sick as a dog today i'm about to leave work. Sick also = tight for me, so food isn't going down very well. B: V8 Fusion L: Macaroni and cheese - only thing that sounded good and it took over an hour to eat. D: Nachos Calories so far: 900

  19. Happy February!!!! B: V8 Fusion S: Low fat club crackers and 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese L: Sliced turkey dipped in low fat miracle whip, applesauce, and tortillia chips. Got a few bites in and was full - love it! Wish my restriction was always like that! D: WW three cheese ziti and corn. Tried to eat it and I barely ate any and was full. Didn't believe my body and had one too many bites and some of it came back up. Guess I need to listen to my body huh! Still counted those calories not sure if you do or not? S: Wine Calories so far: 1,000
  20. Was bad today - had a bachelorette party last night and I had wayyy too much to drink so I was recouping all day. Lots of water though! B: None L: Chips and dip D: Thin crust cheese pizza Calories so far: 800
  21. B: None, dentist appt L: Chicken, green beans and mac and cheese D: Hosting a spa/purse party tonight so it will all be finger foods - need to try to not graze! Calories so far: 400
  22. You all are too funny! Man, too bad I hate tomatoes or i'd get on board. Just the thought of them makes me throw up in my mouth a little bit. I need to find my "tomato pie".   23. Even with multiple fills if you sip you will be fine. I sip pretty much all day and night except for right after i've eaten for 45 min and I get a good amount in. As you have fills you have to be careful and sip, but you will be fine.
