  1. Happy Wednesday Everyone! B- Drinkable Yogurt S-Green Tea L-3oz Talipia, peach and was going to eat some sweet potatoe, first bit i knew to stop D- Pinto Beans and Green Beans ( want something kinda soft today, this is what I have planned) Weights... Drank my green tea!
  2. Since being banded my biggest obstacle has been Ice Cream. I have NEVER been a big sweet eater but this has came full force. I have not for the "cure" for this, however I did find an Ice Cream shop that has 8 calorier per ounce, zero sugar, zero carb,zero fat Yogurt and it is wonderful! I have them top it with sliced almonds in place of the "candy crunch". This has worked really good for me. Carrie
  3. WOW !!! Congrats to EVERYONE....YAHHHH WE ALL DID GREAT!!!!!!! Kristy and Sabrina- 80 lbs is soooo Awesome! You too work very hard and I just wanted to say congrats! Krisy, Tell your daughter thank you very much, so very nice of her! Hubby has worked very hard. I know he dont have the band but in a little less than a month I am going to post a new set of pics. Nov 14th will be my one year, AMAZING. I feel like he has worked just as hard and encouraged me soooo much Im going to include some before and after pics of him as well.. He has been so great through this! The black gown...WOW do I hate that pic now...lol HOWEVER it shows me just how far I have came.... Carrie
  4. I LOVE this show and cry every week! The only one that I am not too fond of is Tracy, however I guess she is just playing the game. I could not live with myself... It is really hard for me to watch every week bacause I hope they all do good and I dont want to see any of them leave.... Carrie
  5. Angie, You are doing so great!! Congrats you are going to catch me pretty soon!!! I AM happy to report that I did FINALLY break my platau!!!!! I am 190.4 this morning. ohhhh how I would have LOVED to see 189, but I was SO EXCITED to see that damn scale move!!!! I emailed Dr. Mirdana yesterday and she is putting me on a pretty strict excerise food routine for 15 days 100% no exceptions. I walked 2.5 miles last night and today official starts my 15 days.... The food is pretty much what I am doing now, bake or grilled white meat, veggies and a fruit for lunch and dinner, Breakfast will be a drinkable yogurt or 1 cup of cook oatmeal. I just have to stay away from the "other" food and drinks. I will do weights 3x per week and walk 5 miles 3x per week! This morning gave me the motivation to really want to do this!!!! Carrie
  6. B- I-Hop with a friend... MVP Bowl with pancakes, halfed this with my friend. Ate about 1 table spoon of bowl and 1/4 of a whole Grain pancake S-Reeses L-The same as Breakfast S-None D: 2 table spoons of purple Hull peas and 2 table spoos of Okra YUM!!! Walked 2.5 Miles 16Oz of Water Tomorrow I am going to start a new plan for 15 days. Really strick diet! I am going to work out 3x a week with weights and walk 5k 3xper week..(Everyone pray for me...lol) I am going to stick to this even if I have to get up at 5 with Hubby every morning and go walk!!! I can do this for 15 days!!!!!
  7. B-Tried a piece of Raisin Bread, did not do too good so I stopped S-Coffee L- About Six Peices of cut up Steak and 1/2 cup of Sweet Potatoe S-None D- Sweet Treat Ice Cream with Almonds... I was SO excited about this I had to have it. NO fat, NO sugar, No carbs and 8 calories per ounce...Had this about 6 (Not a good dinner) S-Pack of Peanut butter crackers ( not a good choice) 20 oz of water
  8. Thank you! Yes he does it WAY more than I do, it is a REALLY HARD set of vidoes. He has 4 weeks to go to complete his 90days! He has worked EXTREMLY hard, very proud of him. It take a little room to do them, but we do them together in our living room and have plenty of room. As for as the six pack, not there yet, but he is getting close. I think he is going to start the vidoes over if he is not where he wants to be at the end of the 4 weeks. Carrie

  10. Yes that is my Hubby! He was really a good sport this weekend, we had ALOT of fun! I have some cute pics that I am going to swap out from time to time that we took..... Red, Thank you very much, how is everything going with you??
  11. I just wanted to write, dont think anyone answered your question. If you got banded at the OCC, (sorry did not look) you have nothing in your band. The phase that you are entering is known as "Bandster Hell" because YOU have to control the food that you eat. The band will control to a point, but it will get easier to eat more and more until you cant get your fill. I actually went back 2 weeks after my first fill and got my second. I would suggest to you to start weighing your food and counting your calories. Stick to the bandster eating rules as much as you can and if you do this, you will be ok until you get some restriction with a fill. Hang in there, you will do GREAT! Carrie
  12. Sabrina, That is a really good thing. Alot of people including myself struggle with that. It is a really hard thing to do. I have always been a big girl...I really need to let alot go and start feeling that I too deserve this feeling, its alot of work, nothing easy about this journey!! Best of luck to you! Carrie

  15. Thank you Debbie! Yes he is very proud and he has joined right in with me. He himself has lost almost 30 lbs, been doing P90x and he is so excited, his little six pack is starting to show..lol He has been my rock! Carrie
  16. Hi just wanted to say that it is a WONDERUL Day... Hubby and I have been married for two years today. This time two years ago we were standing line waiting to get on our Cruise Ship... B-Banana S-None L-1 cup of Taco Soup S-Ice Cream Bar--ugghhh D-Not sure, son has a football game tonight....putting my blinders on and heading to the field..lol Water ZERO!!!!!

  23. Angie Way to go girl...3.1 lbs is AWESOME!!!! You are doing great!!!!! Keep up the good work! I have looked back over my food log and sugar is such a hard thing for me. I dont think I do bad all the time, but something is holding me down. I think I am eating enough calories(besides the days I eat sugar)...What do you think??? Carrie
  24. ok was VERY disappointed this morning with the scale and if this makes ANY since what did I do first thing....I went to Starbucks... To make matters worse, we worked on an Ice Cream truck this morning who left us Haggen Dazs Ice Cream bars..... ( B- Light Pumpkin Frap - S-None L-Turkey Patty and Snack Size (did not know they made these) Ice Cream Bar S-Water D-Making Taco Soup I did do Plyo with Hubby last night, going to to weights tonight, not sure which ones yet.......
