  1. I have not been on the board as much lately, not sure what is going on with me BUT I knew I had to come here!!! I am usually a pretty postive person on this board but I guess I just need to get this out. I am SO SO SO SO Sick and tired of being sick and tired! I am SICK of counting calories, I am SICK of watching EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth, I am SICK of EVERYTHING I am doing revolving around food and weight! This is ALL that my house hold revolves around now, which is not a bad thing but its driving me crazy! I dont know if it is the Holidays with ALL of the NO NO foods around me or what but I am SO ready just to throw my hands up and say screw this! I think my biggest problem is that I have been fighting for SO long it seem like to get out of the 180's. I am NOT putting the effort exercise wise to get out of them but I CAN NOT make myself get back on track with my exercise. I get really down about it and start thinking about food of course the cycle starts all over, calories, food, exercise...!!! It is effecting my attitude at home, I feel like I could just get in my car and drive! I have tried to just "live my life" but I cant seem to do this. I knew going into this that the mental issue could get to you, but I guess I thought it would have happened at the start. I am over a year out now and it has hit me like a ton of bricks! I know I am not the only one that has went through this, I just would like to know how you handled it. Carrie

  3. Hi Everyone! Well I am happy to report that I had no change this week. I was REALLY scared to step on the scales this week, but I MADE myself do it. I am glad I had no change, but I have got to STOP eating JUNK!!!! I LOVE Christmas, but ready for it to be over with!!!
  4. I just wanted to say Congrats! I am glad you had a wonderful experience and all went well. You will be posting update pics before you know it. It really does go by very fast! I did not think I would EVER make it to my six months but trust me, the last year has been a blur!!!!! I too HATE broth and I cant stand the smell of it anymore. I drank ALOT of broth...lol. I got so sick of broth, I started drinking apple juice instead. As far as 21 days on liquids, it was not bad for me. I just sipped on liquids through out the day and once I could start having cream soups, it was like I was "eating". The liquid yogurt phase was such a TREAT!   5. Stormy, I really think you need to get your GALLBLADDER checked. I just had mine removed last month and all of this sounds exactly like what I went through. I thought because I was not having pains on my side and was having pains in my chest (between my boobies) that it could not be my gallbladder but it was. It was full of stones.....My pains came early in the am like around 1-2 am when I layed and was still. Keep us posted! Carrie
  6. Sabrina, When I went to my new Doc local, he told me that I could start drinking with my meals. I looked at him like he was crazy and of course I did not start doing this. I did not even mention this because I knew this was a #1 NO NO....VERY VERY Interesting!!!!! I agree, you look WONDERUL and have done a really amazing job and I too bet he is proud of you, you have worked your butt off!!! Carrie
  7. Sabrina, If you dont mind sharing, or if you could PM me, I would love to know how much they quoted you. Im going to try to make my consult here at the first of January and would love to know what Im looking at there. Im going to have to have the ExT and lift with implants as well....Im looking at Either March this year (which I want 20 lbs gone before then and not sure if that is going to happen) or October if I have not lost the weight. I can not take off during summer months at my job so I would have to wait after September to get it done. That really suprises me with doc Q after all we have heard, but I tend to agree with you. The OCC is spotless and I would want the same, on the flip side I have heard he has done AMAZING work....Dr. Campos I have not heard alot about but I am sure he is awesome too....

Too Funny~ B 8 ozs Cran-Water 7:30ish 1 boiled egg at 8:30 1 boiled egg at 10:30 L - About 2 oz of Grill chicken (very small portion) w/SBby Rays, couple bits of Aspargus (first time to try it) S- A cup of Choc Yogurt with Almonds.... YUMMY! D-TBD Goal for today Drink 60 oz of water, got about 40 more to go...lol
  11. You know, SO WHAT SHE DID NOT USE THE SEARCH BUTTON...I think for me, the bottom line is that she asked a question and got a very rude response back. I dont care how many times someone asks a question, we as a forum should be willing to help her out. I know for myself I do use the search feature, I would rather ask one of my "friends" that I have made on this forum. This has been a WONDERFUL place for me throughout my journey. I know a couple of people that has the band, but I feel better coming here. There are some really wonderful people on this board to HELP others, form friendships, give advice. Angie is like a mother hin to alot of us and I thank her for that. I too think there is a way to talk to people. I am not a sensitve person but some of the comments on this board that has been posted are uncalled for, we are humans and it does not take speaking like that to someone to make a point. Angie, slimbutrfly and anyone else can bug me anytime to ask me a question, I do not mind at all. Thats why we are here! Carrie
  12. Good Morning Ladies! I weighed in this morning at 184.6. Down one pound from last week. I am just happy to see thoe scale move! I guess these last 30 are going to be really hard for me! Angie! Girl you will bounce back before you know it! Keep on Keeping on. It is truely a hard time of year for use. We like food, thats a fact! I have had to MAKE myself stay out of the fridge at work because what did my WONDERFUL boss do, he left FUDGE in the fridge..ughhhh

  16. Angie I was going to ask you earlier if you were from Texas...lol I am so glad that you have your restriction back! I think I find myself eating until I get that "full restricted" feeling and not measuring my food as much as I should be. After speaking with you earlier, it really got me thinking you eating that cup of food and being full. Im with Sabrina, I stay SO confustrated...Omy sweets! ...lol I think I just made a new Texas word. I was trying to type confused and was thinking frustated and made the work CONFRUSTRATED....lol Yes that is me, I stay confrustrated about this issue I am hoping I am having a day like you did and tighen back up tomorrow~!   17. Hi Slimbuterfly! Ask ALL the questions you need to here girl! I dont think there has been a question asked on this forum that has not been asked before, SO WHAT if it has been asked before, that must mean that you dont know the answer. We are here to help. I know for me when I was making my decision, I must have asked a 100 questions and trust me I think I asked them more than once...lol... As far as the apron, I have an apron and I have right at 100 maybe 110 pounds that I want to loose, right know I am right at 80 pounds lost and I still have my apron, but honesly I have not worked out as much as I should be doing. I think it all depends on how much you work out and your skin itself, I know for me I had a c-section and those muscles have been cut, but I think exercise would do help me regardless. I have been trying to get back to exercise, I just cant seem to get myself motivated.... Not sure if anyone answered your question, sorry I did not read all the responses, but you can click the search button and put in "key" words that you are wondering about and it will pull up post with that word or phrase it in....Sometimes I still have a problem with that search thing...   19. Angie, Is it not funny how after you make it a week, you feel really good and you look at the scale SO excited! Its almost like Christmas for me every Wednesday, jump straight out of bed, seriously landing on the toilet to squeeze EVERY ounce out that I can before stripping butt A necked and stepping on those wonderful demonized (is that even a WORD) scales!!!!!!!! GOT TO LOVE WEIGH IN WEDNESDAYS!!!!! Great Job Angie!!!
  20. Yep, I did go to the local Doc last time and he would not give me that darn fill..L;oL because of the surgery. It has been three week now soooo no xcuse!!!.. I actually have to go out of town to work Friday and Saturday which puts me REALLY close to my normal fillDoc, I want to get "established" with this Doc here buttttt dont want to pass the opportunity to to see her either, usually Im 3 hours from her! What to do... What to do...lol

  22. Angie! That is a big freedom!!! I tend to agree with you because the people that I know think I am CRAZY for doing everything I do, counting calories, watching protien..etc...These people ARE the ones that have DROPPED the weight and if makes me SO mad because I am the one doing it "right" per say....They eat what they want, just a very small portion. I think I am eating WAY more than I need to be at this point and I did call my Docs office back today. It has been enough time since my GB surgery that he should be ok with giving me a fill, just really really scared since I am at 3.40???? I think I am going to get him to check and see if all the fluid is still there???? Thanks for the GREAT reply! I cant wait to I can get to that freedom!!! Carrie
  23. Angie! I am so glad for you and hope this is the "magic" fill. I think your post was AWESOME! I do have a question for ya...Now that you have a REALLY good fill and you are eating less, do you feel that you can loose weight by eating 1200 calories a day or do you think that you have to consume ALOT less. I am STILL after a year trying to figure out this. I know everyone is going to be different, but it seem like when people say you will hold on to your weight if you eat less calories, sometime this is not true for some. I know I can eat say 600 and loose but as soon as I eat say 1100-1200 seems like I STALL and do NOTHING! Then I get confused again, because I will start stalling at 800, ughhhhhhhhhhh it is SO frustrating!!!! Just curious on your thoughts...... Carrie
