I'm new to the forum.
I'm jeni and I'm in beautiful rainy PDX.
A friend of a friend told me about the option of getting lbs in Mexico and for the first time its looking somewhat financially possible.
I first got interested in having a lap band when I was 18 but the price quickly made it an impossibility.
Now at 24 and just diagnosed with pre diabetes and rapidly limited mobility I've started to get deadly serious about getting this done. The hard sell is my mom who is unsure of the whole surgery in Mexico idea. The money is also going to come from somewhere but I'm a great hustler... Ha.
Anyway all your great success stories have me almost in tears. Lately my weight is just getting out of control. I feel misunderstood by my family and boyfriend who seem to think that its just a matter of being lazy.
Anyway I'm excited to be here. I'm hoping to get everything in order to get this done before summer!
