Jettagirl

I am glad that I am not the only one feeling like the liquids are running a bit thin! But I did this for a life change. I had the surgery on Jan 30, 2009 and I have lost 10 lbs in the first week and the second week I have stayed the same! This is so disappointing. I have done liquds only so how is this possible??? I know I have to be strong but I thought I would see more of a difference....only a few more days of straight fluids so I will see what happens on food. I am so glad I did go to see Dr. Ortiz and I know it will make a difference....patience is what is needed! Dawn aka Jettagirl
