  1. I know that you can do whatever you put your mind to it. Exercise 7 days a week! No matter if it is just 15 minutes. Something is better than nothing at all. Exercise is the key to success as well as drinking water. They say that if you drink while you are eating, it makes the food go down faster and you don't feel as full. So, try as much as you can to not drink while you eat your meal.
