has to concentrate on better eating. I have been only eating about 400-500 calories a day and no water. No wonder why I have been so weak...

oh no...bad girl!! (i should talk, I haven't been doing great with my H20)

it is hard, but we need to hydrate and consume enough calories. It keeps me busy all day (or so it seems) if I am not eating I am waiting for the time to pass so I can start drinking again to be able to get enough liquids in. Somehow however, it is absolutely not the worse problem to have considering the benefit
