  1. Same here. I have NEVER been a sweets person and I will eat any sweet now. I tend to go for Nonfat frozen yogurt...so gooood.

  3. I just wanted to say congrats to you! You are so lucky to have had this done at 20. I wish I would have been banded at that age. It would have made a huge difference. Good luck sweetie.
  4. Yes, they do charge you for the needle though which isn't too much. I think it is worth it to get it checked out if you are curious.

  7. Aww thanks sweetie. I am finally starting to lose weight again after a plateau. I hate plateaus, but we all go through them.
  8. Leah, I was not eating enough food and constantly spitting up what I was eating. Now I am able to keep my food down and finish a bandster size meal. I did not have a complete until, just .4

  10. I have been at a plateau for a while now and gone up and down 4lbs. Today I weighed in at 198. I will continue to weigh in every Wednesday with everyone.
  11. I too, was getting full off of maybe 3 bites and in the last week before seeing my fill dr. I would eat all day long. I had to get an unfill of .4 because I was not getting enough food in and was always PBing. The dr said even though I was eating all day, I was not getting enough food in because I was spitting it all up. An unfill may help you out.

  14. Hey, we all do it. My favorite thing to treat myself to is frozen yogurt. I do it every once in a while. It's ok, I just learn not to make it a habit.
  15. B: 1.5 oz chicken breast and 2 T hummus L: 1.5 oz chicken with 2 mini carrots I am thinking I need a fill and just scheduled one for next weekend. I may not be eating much, but I am hungry every 2 hours.

  17. I have a lot of restriction and get full on anywhere from 2-5 bites. It has been like this since my last fill (2) in July. B: 1 tablespoon guacamole 3 carrots S: Sugar free hot chocolate hehe, needed something sweet L: Chicken strip with ranch (PBd) I haven't had as much water as I should and need to get back on track.
