I agree. Christy you look amazing. It looks like you lost a lot more weight than you did. Don't be frustrated I can definitely see your weight loss. You are gorgeous! This is making me want to take some pics of myself. I just too gt frustrated because I just want to be at goal already. I know it won't happen overnight, but I get so impatient!

I am stumped with a weight loss goal as well. I am 5'5" and Dr. Miranda told me that 166 would be a perfect weight for me. I was thinking more of 140 but she said I have to be very toned for 140 to work for my body. About 6 years ago, I weighed 162 and wore a size 9. All of my friends and family swore I was about 130! I had a tummy tuck since and am not certain about the weight I would like to reach. For now, I would like to be between 140 and 166. I guess I won't ever know until I get there.

How do you prove how much you paid for mileage, taxi and tips?

I have heard that our lapband surgery can be used as a tax deducation for next year. Does anyone have any information on this? What types of things do we need to save? I was a self pay patient so I used my credit card and paypal account. I do have those receipts. Whenever I go to the OCC for a fill, I do receive a receipt, but it does not have any OCC info on it. Has anyone done this before?

When doing the 5 day pouch test do you only eat what is on the list or do u eat veggies too? I really think I should start this after Father's Day. I am getting off track and am feeling down on myself. Something weird for me is that I have been eating desserts. I have never been a sweets person but want sweets on a daily basis. Its time to get back on track.

I do not get heartburn, but going in for the flouroscopy is a good idea to me. I went in for my second fill 2 weeks ago and I was told I was not ready yet. I had to pay $30 for the use of the needle, but I felt reassured once I left. Atleast you can go in or even just email the fill dr. with any questions you may have. Dr. Acosta told me I was not eating enough because I was PBing and feeling full. I had problems with eating slow enough and chewing all the way. I have been eating much better these past 2 weeks, but like you, I can eat almost anything and for some odd reason I crave sweets. I have never been a sweets person. I am confused as to when I should go in for my second fill. I have a big appetite and am not losing any weight.

You can have as many clear liquids as you want. I had a lot of otter pops too.

Everyone gets a different amount put in to them. That is why they do it under xray to see what your body can handle. I got 1.6 at my first fill and go tomorrow for my second fill.

I used Lexapro for years. It worked for me and I only had 10mg. I now use the generic because I do not have insurance.

Did they charge you extra to have your fat put into your butt cheeks? LOL. That sounds like a great idea haha.

Thanks Arianna. I think I may go at 4 to 5 weeks. I just want this weight to come off lol. I am having a problem with alcohol though. I go out a lot and it is hard to say no. I need to tell myself how important this is to me and get it into my head.

That's ok sweet pea 7 weeks was good for me. It helped with more weight loss and I actually had restriction!

I had my first fill at about 7 weeks. I just don't know when I should get my second.

I am sure this question has been asked many times but I am going to ask it again lol. I was wondering how long I should wait before getting my 2nd fill. I looked at 6 peoples profiles and each person waited about a month in between their first and second. Any suggestions?

I was confused too when I got my card. I have a 10cm (4cc) band as well.

I got my first fill 2 1/2 weeks ago and had a lot of restriction. I am now getting my appetite back and am hungry between meals. I am however still PBing a lot when I eat certain foods. I would say I PB atleast once a day. Does anyone have any advice for me?

I went home the same day of surgery. I live in San Diego and was recovering very well. I knew if I had to return I was less than an hour away.
