  7. I ate A LOT of Halloween candy, but started Atkins on Monday. I am actually down 3lbs since starting...It may not be a bad idea for those who are at a plateau. It has definitely helped me.

  12. I am so glad you are able to eat now. I completely understood what you meant when you had ice cream the other day. I was at a point where I couldn't get anything down so I had a shake once because I wasn't getting any calories in.
  13. Yes it is just lunchmeat with onion and chive cream cheese I bought from Trader Joe's. It is actually pretty damn good!
  14. I am so proud of you. Fighting the urge is such a hard thing to do. I defnitely commend you girl. I think I felt so guilty, I didn't even put the correct date as the topic haha. I don't know how to change it to 09 lol!!
  15. Started out with a Weight Watchers Caramel Chocolate haha what a start to the day. Halloween is the devil! I never used to be a sweets person.   16. Aww, thank you. What sucks so bad is that I was between 198 and 202 for 2 months and stayed closer to 202...so now I am in Onederland once again.

  18. Yay I was on a 2 month plateau and I am soooo happy to report I am down 7lbs this week. What the heck? I will take it haha. I have been very very stressed lately but atleast something positive is coming out of this. I am at 195 this morning

  20. I live off of Papaya Enzymes. For me, it helps me to spit up and for some others it helps digest and go down easier.
