  5. Happy belated birthday. I am with you waiting for wonderland. I hoped to make it last week but did not. This week for sure :) I hope we both can post we enter wonderland and celebrate LOL

  6. It is a great pie for sure. I love it and was so happy when I found the recipe on the forum. I think I made it famous because everyone would see on my food diary tomatoe pie every day :)

    I could eat it 3 times a day .

  8. Hi Ashely. I buy the tenderflake frozen pastry shells. You will love the tomatoe pie. I can't go a day without it
  9. I am a Registered nurse and have absolutely no regrets about getting the surgery done or having it done I Mexico. Just wish I had of had it done years ago. Feel like I have been given a second chance at life and let me tell you I am living it full throttle now and enjoying every day. Debbie
  10. I walk a minimum of 30minutes a day. Sometimes twice a day. On the weekends I either Hike, bike or walk for 3-4 hours. I also do bands every 2nd day to try and tone my arms.

  13. Thanks for the laugh Carrie. I have been absolutely thrilled with the consistent weight loss since I was banded. My goal is to reach the goal Dr Miranda set of 175 by the end of June and my surgery with Dr Nyte is booked July 8th. It will be so terrific to get rid of this hanging skin. I can hardly wait to see your new pics after surgery. Did you find after surgery that you had a lot of seapage from the lipo? Also how long were your drains in before they were removed? Debbie

  15. Truly the worst pain in the world. I had mine out after the birth of my son. Hope you are feeling better soon. I noticed you said you are single again. Hope you are okay with that as well. Debbie

I just got my surgical package from Dr Nyte and he mentions in there about alot of seapage post op from the lipo and even bringing a shower curtain to sit on in the car and sleep on in bed. How much drainage did you have? How often did you need to change the dressings? Lisal if you are reading this I would to hear from you as well Thanks Debbie

( have one in the morning and one in the evening) Lean cuisine chicken dinners and stir frys Breton crackers
