  9. Peanut butter gives me extra protein and it is also like a treat. I found that sometimes I was going to bed feeling hungy and if I had a bit of peanut butter I slept like a log.

  13. Thanks everyone for all the support and encouragement. I could not have done it without you all. Next picture will be my goal Sometime this month I am going to call Dr Nyte for a consultation for extended tummy tuck and thigh lift. Deb
  14. I have chatted with him on email already. He is Canadian and most of his family still live in Canada so it was nice to know that. He told me that because I live so far away that we can do a phone consult. I plan on phoning him probably middle of this month. I want to have my surgery in July and he said it is usually 2 months booking time. From what I can see on the map he is just outside of Tacoma which is not bad. I would fly to Seattle and rent a car. I undertand there is some sort of train that goes from Seattle to their as well but after surgery I would rather be in a car back to the airport. I will let you know how the consultation goes. He seems like a really nice guy and from this board and my research He is a a very good surgeon. Debbie

  19. Hi Chad. I am not the only person having trouble with their signature page. Have you come up with any solutions yet. Their is no way to edit or update the page. I am wanting to make some changes yet cannot do them. I have done them before on this new system so I am not sure what has happend . Any suggestions would help as I am not the only one having trouble. Thanks Debbie
  20. Thanks Nicole. Outer thigh is fine inner thigh sucks. I will be talking with Dr Nyte this month and will ask him about it. I was just curious with the people that I had it done already if they noticed a difference. So calling all extended tummy tuckers. What are your things like now
  21. This question is for all of you who have had extended tummy tucks. When you have one done does it improve your thighs any. Mine are so gross. My lower legs and above knee are nice and muscled due to walking, biking and hiking. However right at the top of my thighs it is like blobs of skin and fat on the inside of my legs just hanging there. Will this improve any with the extended tummy tuck or am I going to need my thighs done as well? Debbie

  24. I don't have anything in the house that is not healthy. The interesting thing is that to begin with a kept some snacks for my daughter who is 14 for her lunches etc. After watching me eat healthy she informed me that I was not to buy anything for her as well. It was funny because she is not overweight at all but I think she just wants to be as healthy as she can. She is now climbing mountains with me, biking, and walking. This banding has actually brought us even closer together that we were before. Who would have thought something as amazing as that would have come out of the banding. God is good. !!! Deb
