  1. I have done this lots of times so their is a definite gliche with the program. I can go to change my signature but when I scroll down there is no coding shown at all. Can't update anything without that coding box showing Hopefully Chad will get it fixed soon. I am anxious to put my before and after pictures on my signature. You guys will be so surprised when you see them. I put them up on my fridge just because I cannot believe the difference Hope to post soon. Debbie
  2. I went to check it again and it still is not working. What happens is I go to the change signature page. And when I scroll down their is not where for the code. Only pictures. There is no edit button so there is no way of changing anything. I am not sure what has happened. Any quesses Chad Debbie

  6. Sure. I found the recipe for Tomatoe Pie on this forum under the recipe section. I made it and have been addicted to it since early in banding. I pretty much have it every morning and love it. Alot of people laugh and joke about it as being my secret weapon to weight loss. Who knows maybe it is Try it you will love it Debbie

  9. Hi Stormy. Looks to me like you are not getting enough calories. When you don't eat enough calories your body goes into starvation mode and hangs onto everything. Your metabolism even slows down so you won't burn the calories that you do it. I eat on average 1400-1700 calories a day. I was banded Sept 29th/2009 and have not had a fill yet. My weight loss has been consistent at 2-3 pounds per week. I think the key is eating enough calories, solid food so you chew, enough protein and exercise every single day for a minimum of 30 minutes. Oh and I swear to God the Tomatoe Pie is my secret weapon ( hahahahaha). I eat it every morning and everyone on the forum thinks it is the secret to my weight loss Good luck Debbie

  22. Hi Elizabeth. This is the best decision you will ever make. I am a RN also infact I manage a large medical unit so can totally relate to the stress. One thing I will say is loosing weight and exerising has really decreased my stress level. For the first time in my life I am looking after me first and it is a great feeling. You will love your new life

  23. I don't know how old your children are. I have one daughter still at home who is 14. I just got her to make her own lunches and bought her TV dinners for my liguid phase. She thought she had died and gone to heaven being able to eat TV dinners everynight
