Thanks Darlene you are a sweetheart. I wish you all the best in your journey. Believe me If i can do this so can you. Just follow the rules they give you at the OCC and make sure you exercise 7 days a week. Work that band and watch the fat melt off . I always do my measurements etc at the end of the month. I found a picture of me at my heaviest which was 317 pounds and I am going to post that with my current picture. I can't even believe I am the same person. This band has transformed my life and it is the best decision I ever made for myself. By the way you will love the tomatoe pie. I am totally addicted to it!!!!!!!!!! Debbie
  16. Thank you. I am so proud of myself. That is the second mountain that I have climbed in 2 weeks. I do measurements on the 21st of the month so I will post new pictures again then. Thanks

  19. Hi Angie, you crack me up girl I actually have not added more fruit I just changed it. Before I always ate mandarin oranges with breakfast, lunch and dinner because they were in season. Or I would have pineapple or peaches at dinner. Now they are out of season so I am eating apples. My dad also starting making some awesom apple sauce so sometimes I have that as well. No issues pooping at all. I always take my benefibre twice a day since surgery and have never had a problem. Still feeling great and no issues with hunger. Hope that answers your questions.
