  8. Hi Kayla. I walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day outside where there is lots of hills. If it rains i walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.

    On the weekend I try to walk at least one long 7-10km walk. This weakend I will be doing my first 3 hour hike up a mountain and am very excited.

    I also do bands every second day to tone my arms and legs. Main thing is exercise 7 days a week in some ...

  11. I am with you. No 2 weeks for me, I will be taking the whole summer off with vacation and medical leave. Just want to relax and enjoy the summer Everyone will be so shocked when I got back to work. So Carrie you realize you will have to give me a blow by blow of everything pre-op and post right So the 6 hours included the extended TT and Breast lift right? Debbie

  13. Hi everyone. Hope you have an awesome day and congrats for the losses. Like I posted Saturday I hit my 100 pound loss. I did that by losing 5 pounds last week. I know that is from getting rid of the last of the fluid from the IV in the hospital. Feels good to have that gone now. Excited to see what this week will bring. Debbie

  15. Way to go Carrie that is awesome. Who is doing your surgery? Are you having the Extended tummy tuck and breasts done a the same time? Did the doctor say how long the surgery would take? I need to know everything you can tell me. I am hoping to have surgery at the beginning of July. My goal weight is 175 and I have only 42 pounds more to go. I am really excited about having surgery so am soaking up any information I can get about it. Please tell me all that you learned Debbie

  17. Hi I have a question for you. I am thinking of getting the extended tummy tuck in July with Dr Nyte. In your opinion on a scale of 0-10 how painful would you say you were post op? Also how many days were the drains in and how long did you have to wear the pressure garment. Thanks for taking the time to answer

  19. Congratulations for making the decision to be banded. It is the beginning of wonderful journey and you will be so happy. I stayed at the Marriott and it was wonderful. Service was great. Had a gymn, computer room, restaurant and My bed was so soft and cozy i slept like a rock. Very clean . Debbie

  22. Hi. I am so excited that you are going to be banded. It has been the best thing I ever did.All I did to lose the weight was follow the rules very strictly that I was given and walk 7 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. That is it. No junk food. Low carb. Small portions and only 3 meals a day. I chew my calories not drink them or eat mushy food. I stay fuller then. Also benefibre twice a day.

  23. Thanks Denise. I think it is wonderful how we each inspire one another to keep on going. I look at your before and after picture and that inspires me to keep going.
