Hi Kayla. I walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day outside where there is lots of hills. If it rains i walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.
On the weekend I try to walk at least one long 7-10km walk. This weakend I will be doing my first 3 hour hike up a mountain and am very excited.
I also do bands every second day to tone my arms and legs. Main thing is exercise 7 days a week in some ...

Hi I have a question for you. I am thinking of getting the extended tummy tuck in July with Dr Nyte. In your opinion on a scale of 0-10 how painful would you say you were post op? Also how many days were the drains in and how long did you have to wear the pressure garment. Thanks for taking the time to answer

Hi. I am so excited that you are going to be banded. It has been the best thing I ever did.All I did to lose the weight was follow the rules very strictly that I was given and walk 7 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. That is it. No junk food. Low carb. Small portions and only 3 meals a day. I chew my calories not drink them or eat mushy food. I stay fuller then. Also benefibre twice a day.
