Thanks. No real secret . I am following the OCC instructions to the tee. I also exercise 7 days a week for 30-40 minutes of cardio and do bands every second day. At work I take the stairs all the time and no elevator anymore
No junk food at all, and barely any carbs. I am a woman with a mission. I want to take my kids to disneyland next October so I am bound and determined to be at my goal by then.
I will tell you one thing. There is no way I could do this without all of your support, and encouragement. I read this forum at least 3-4 times a day , look at the pictures etc.
So thanks for noticing and the words of encouragement. You have done amazing and are one of my inspirations
