  7. Backbone, you already have it girl! It took alot of courage to admit you have been slipping and are afraid. You have taken the first step back on the road to lap band victory. We are all here to support you and I for one thank you for telling your story. Even with the gain you have still lost alot of weight and been successful. Just start fresh again and I know you will see those pounds fall off. Thank you for sharing Debbie

It actually is not my recipe I just eat it so much that everyone thinks it is LOL I cannot remember the name of the girl who posted it, but it is on the recipe site with her name. There are alot of very good recipes. Try the Mexican Tortilla soup as well that she posted. It is out of this world. Soooooooooooooooooo delicous. Debbie

  17. This was a good idea putting the pics in so people could see. I have to tell you though, when i first read it i thought I was seeing a picture of how much you could eat at lunch . I could not figure out how you could eat all that. I read it 3 times before I figured out you were saying the before and after picture. Just call me slow Debbie

    If her temp is rising and she is sick I would recommend taking her to her doctor . Don't want to wait around with a fresh post op . Fever is not normal. Debbie

  24. Hi . Sorry to hear that things are not going as quickly as you hoped. Hopefully after your fill you will have that restriction and it will help. Are you excercising because that really helps me. I follow the 5 points that Dr Ortiz gave and do not stray from them. I do believe that excercise is a real key to the pounds coming off. Keep me posted how you do after your fill. Nice to hear from you Debbie
