Walk alot and put your hands above your head and move them around. This movement really helps to make you belch and pass gas

Don't feel selfish. This is absolutely the best thing that you can do for yourself and your family. I googled questions to ask a plastic surgeon about what surgery I wanted it. Found some great sites with questions. I wrote down the ones pertinent to me and that is what I asked. <BR>I also am a nurse so had lots of medical questions I wanted answered regarding OR, drugs and qualifications and experience of staff.<BR>Debbie

He is absolutely fantastic and very gifted. His staff are all amazing as well. I am a Registered Nurse and highly recommend Dr Nyte. I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo, and thigh tuck and am soooooooooooooooooo happy with the sculpting he did on me. When I say he is gifted I am not kidding. Debbie -
