thank you i will keep you posted... i didn't post for a while because i didnt want to jinx it! lol im sooo excited

we actually had the same dateee!!! lol but i had to push it down a week because of my bf's passport, he had to renew and it's taking long. soo i want to make sure we have it on time.

thanx i knooow... and it means alot that you remembered...hahaha... i finally got approved with my brother and i went your route (financing some of it out of pocket) sooo it looks like everything is set. i think im staying at the mariott... and i think im not sure what pre-op diet im doing...im checking right now... i just cut out the fast food and junk for now...

finally getting banned...everything is ready... im getting banned on december 17th. my bf is going with me... he won't let me go alone. im so excited!!

thank you all... yes im going to look into prosper.com i don't have the entire amount in full... to be able to pay for it out of pocket. so i have to finance it. i can afford it but the only thing is... there is some things that showed up on my credit that hurt my score, also... my co-signers. we didnt even know these things were there and have to file police reports. buuuuut.. that means i have to wait longer for this. i really want to get this done this year. i will not give up. thank you all.

so i've tried every finance company in the world. so turns out there are some things on our (me&cosigners) credit. looks like i have to wait longer. i tried one more time today using my brother as a co-signer and im praying that it goes thruuu...i really really want this!! cross ur fingers for me!! :((

has anyone used patientsource.net? i was searching different finance companies and this one sounds pretty promising. they charge 14 dollars fee to run ur credit. i guess they look at all 3 and try to approve you based on the highest. it's just funny that they don't have a phone number listed and the "apply" link is no where to be seen. is this a bogus company or has anyone used it? thanx in advanced yall!

well... just recently applied for a different finance company. i hope this comes thru... well... i dont have a credit union. i don't even know how to ask about that...lol i guess i have to google it. thanx yall I LOVE THIS FORUM!

omg ive had that happen to me more than once when i was loosing alot of weight. maybe like 5 yrs ago. but these people that hadn't seen me in like years... went up to me and just said... "hitting the puckie pipe" i guess that's what people doing crack or meth use... i was so upset! so i knoooow exactly what you feel. these people are jealous and insecure. it should just make you realize that you look awesome enough to have haters getting in line to talk about you. just stay confident! u look and feel good... and they don't. brush it off... and next time... just say what i would tell them... "yeah... you wish, oh and tell ur bf to stop calling me" lol u can leave the bf part out. hehe.

im hoping to be in this NOV surgery group. im just waiting for the finance company. omg. i pray every night for this. im getting my passport now... hugs to everyone.

so im excited! i talked to my family and they support my decision! i could not be happier! but now im having a tough time getting financed! i got denied with mysurgeryloan.com WITH a co-signer. turns out there is some stuff that ruined it. and im gonna get it fixed but i just wanted to know... any good finance companies you guys may recommend? any advice? thanx guys! i also have a credit card i may be elegible for but sounds risky. any tips?

i know i may be a little too intrusive by asking this but hey... i only lose by not asking. im seriously thinking about this and i want to call and schedule (which i havent) but i will do this before the end of this year.. BUT my question is. "how much is your monthly payment" i want to brace myself with the payments because i know im going to really butget my money after this. im not too worried about not making them i just want to be ready for it... lol so thanks in advace yall... and im not asking for exact amount... just an estimate lol ... i sound so silly.

From all my research and reading everyone's wonderful posts I realized getting the Band isnt just about getting it and forgetting. I understand there is this thing called "fills" that determines the restriction on the band and so on... I just want to make sure i can afford this before i jump on the band-wagon (hehe) I can manage paying for the procedure but how much do the fills usually cost? thank you all in advance.

wow... it's so amazing how helpful you guys have been. im seriously almost in tears when i read ur replies because i felt so alone on this issue and don't really personally know anyone who's been through with it. my only issue is that i may need someone to help cosign to get it financed because i wont be able to do it on my own ( i dont have much credit history) but thank you for being so helpful... im in the process of getting my passport... then ill be making that call. i love this forum!

ive been researching and reading about getting banned... so far OCC seems like the best place to go. im determined to get it and excited. i just have to figure out how to bring it up to my family and boyfriend... in a way explain to them that i need extra help, other than a gym membership... i just don't know. any advice? much love and thanx for all of ur inspiring stories and posts. expect to be hearing from me more frequently. wow this is really encouraging.. ive been really considering getting banned and your progress really motivates me to go ahead and get it.
