    Hi Mandy, where did you get your fill and how much did you pay? I an jealous that you got 6cc on your first fill and I am hoping to find a liberal fill doctor like the one you have. Thanks!

    Where did you have your fills? What size bands do your friends have? How many cc's are in their bands? Have you tried www.thedailyplate.com for tracking? I think there are acouple other tracking programs that others here use as well that may help you until you get restriction. Maybe some others can chime in with suggestions of programs they use.

    I am glad everything went okay and I am glad you brought work with you to do at the hotel. Very ambitious of you! A girl after my own heart. The weather probably beats Alaska by a long shot too We are actually about 10-15 degrees colder this time of year normally however we are having a heat wave. Now get off you computer, put on a swim suit and go lay out by the pool and order a pina colada!

    I definately think Dr. ortiz is God's madman. He should watch Bram Stoker's Dracula ... quite fitting in my opinion & I mean that in the best possible way being that the movie is in my top 5. Of Course My Fair Lady comes to mind as well for him as he would make the perfect Professor Higgins. I am sure Rex Harrison is smiling down on him right now.

    Oh, sounds kind of complicated. I do mine at home for the opposite reason. I can manage the dark brown on my own but when it comes to reds I have to get them professionally done due to fading and not taking easily.

    Angie, Thank God you asked. Sometime I take things for granted that since I am thinking about something I figure everyone else has esp and can tell what I am thinking. Here is the deal, I have been watching the barium on all three fills. The first 2 fills the barium went down quick, no issues. I felt like saying something but I thought, no don't say anything, you are not an x-ray tech and they are. The 3rd fill I noticed that the barium was not going anywhere at 1cc. Dr. So was going to give me .5cc but I pushed him to give me a little more and he only gave me 0.6cc and I think in reality I needed 0.75cc on the last fill. No the OCC is definately fill stingy compared with docs in the US ... Mandy got her first fill today at 6cc in North Carolina and I have read on other boards that people with the 11cc band getting nice big fills like 5cc at a time at other places. I got a few tricks up my sleeve though when I go back to the OCC this week though so we will see if it makes a difference in getting a good fill.

    what brand? I started going grey about 29ish. I am currently doing dark mohaghany brown by colorsilk. I like it after a few weeks but it is too dark at first.

    The Americans being killed are not tourists. Thay have had some connection with the drug trade and/or Mexican government. The couple that died this weekend worked for the Consulet in Mexico.

    That's an easy one too. This is going to come out sounding bad so let me apologize in advance...They are only killing them in Juarez which is on the Texas/Mexico border and stuff has been going down in Juarez for years now. It has alway been bad there.

    Hey, I noticed that when I was on liquids my taste buds changed and I hated creamy soups for some strange reason. Have you tried switching up your liquids a little bit to trick your body? It may be in a rut from the same things. Try wacko stuff like warming up cans of V8 on the stove or puree some stuff in a blender?

    Girlfriend, I know the grass is greener but please allow me to envy you for 60 seconds... okay, I think it is awesome you got 7.5cc total on your second fill(awesome for me not for you I guess). Did you get your second fill at the OCC? Did the OCC over fill you? Who was your fill doctor? That seems weird becuase they have been fill stingy with me...hmmmm. Would you mind PMing me so we can take this off-line? I want to compare notes with you and pick your brain if you don't mind. It sounds like to me that you are slightly over filled and B: your not getting enough calories and your body has gone into starvation mode. PM me please.
