it has been awhile now. Where about 7 months in now. Gosh time does fly buy. So how are things going ??? how much have you lost. I haven't been doing as good as I like to. I'm only down about 25 lbs still. I have 8 cc in my band and will be going back for another fill on july 31st. hopefully I can get results after that one. I hope your still on here I...
