    haha well my dad is a guy so of course he is doing better than me! He has been on a recruiting trip in Mexico all this past week so all he has been eating is broth. I have been having more creamy soups aka more calories! :S I only lost a pound this week but it is ok! At least I am losing something! How are you doing?? :)
