I love to walk with the "Lodi Running Club" they are all a wonderful group of men and women. I would love to one day jog/run a half marathon beside my husband.
I am doing okay. I noticed that when I started back on solids that the weight loss slowed way, way down for me. I have managed to loose a half pound in 10 days (what's up with that?!?!) At least i am still loosing and not gaining
