Hi Kayla. I walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day outside where there is lots of hills. If it rains i walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.
On the weekend I try to walk at least one long 7-10km walk. This weakend I will be doing my first 3 hour hike up a mountain and am very excited.
I also do bands every second day to tone my arms and legs. Main thing is exercise 7 days a week in some ...
