Hey, I know how you feel. It took me a few goes at it too. If you want to add a comment to something in general, go to the bottom of the page and hit "Add Reply". If you want to comment on something an individual said and wand it highlighted, go to that comment and hit "reply" within that persons comment box. A new topic is at the top of the page.
