YAY!!!! You wont regret making this decision! Well, I would suggest buying low sodium Progresso soups. Believe me, it is MUCH better than chicken broth. It has more flavor to it. We didn't worry too much about protein...your hair falling out and such only happens if you have a gastric bypass...also Gatorade G2 is better...less calories!
