It must be something in the air...I was chating with a friend on facebook last night and she said she had the blues really bad too. I actually felt like crying last night but didnt. I just prayed to feel better. I will pray for you too

Hi,
When are you going? I'm in March and my daughter 21 was in January --she too was scared but we made it and because of her great results I'm going for it..a little nervous but only because it is such a huge lifestyle change..but watching my daughter go through it I know I can and we will be there for each other. She told me this forum was a great place to be and I agree.

Talk to Widdlee for surgery financing. She had a hell of a time with it but she can lead you in the right direction.

Hi. I am so excited that you are going to be banded. It has been the best thing I ever did.All I did to lose the weight was follow the rules very strictly that I was given and walk 7 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. That is it. No junk food. Low carb. Small portions and only 3 meals a day. I chew my calories not drink them or eat mushy food. I stay fuller then. Also benefibre twice a day.

So proud of your weight loss i cant wait until i get banded and loose weight..One question, what did you do to drop all of that weight in the bengining?

Hi!! Do not be scared about the surgery!! You will only be sore and you will sure be impressed with the staff and doctors at the OCC and how clean that place is!!! Nothing like the US!!! It is so much better there! I have been overweight my whole life as well! You will see how much better you feel after you start losing weight!
