Hi. I am so excited that you are going to be banded. It has been the best thing I ever did.All I did to lose the weight was follow the rules very strictly that I was given and walk 7 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. That is it. No junk food. Low carb. Small portions and only 3 meals a day. I chew my calories not drink them or eat mushy food. I stay fuller then. Also benefibre twice a day.
