Hello all, This is my first blog. I was banded on 1/11/2010. I am so excited to be at this point in my life. I have mixed emotions sometimes. I read information and I think oh my gosh. I am trying to do what I was told and I don't know if I will ever get all the protein that is required. Some days are better than others. I have just started to eat some soft foods. I still have pain in my port area and sometimes I think that this will never go away. I am in no way up to speed as to where I was before surgery. I just went back to work today which is 2 1/2 weeks later. I am happy to be a part of as many groups as I can be.
