Did you get all your fills at the OCC or locally?

How has it been since you were banded? Any regrets? How was your experience in Mexico and with the staff? It is really hard to transition to a new way of eating? What do you miss most food wise?

I just wanted to thank those who gave me some advise with the decision to take the plunge to have the surgery by Dr Ordiz in Mexico. Everyone that I have seen have had great experiences. I think I will make the call tomorrow.

First time in the forum. I am thinking of making the decision to be banded. Can anyone give me any insight?

Just joined the forum and I am on my journey to Lab Band surgery. Found this site and it sounds very promising. I am afraid to have surgery outside of the county. What are your thoughts?
